This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled for RedFlagged (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing a subscription or paid feature, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
2) Digital Service
RedFlagged is a digital, subscription-based service that provides immediate access to AI-powered contract analysis features upon purchase.
Because the Service is delivered instantly and continuously, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law.
3) Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not refund any already-paid fees.
4) Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, we do not offer refunds for:
- Unused subscription time
- Accidental purchases
- Failure to use the Service
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis only where a clear technical failure or billing error has occurred.
5) EU & UK Consumer Rights
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
By using the Service immediately after purchase, you expressly acknowledge and consent to the immediate performance of the digital service and waive your right of withdrawal once the Service has been accessed, as permitted under applicable consumer protection laws.
6) Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us promptly at support@redflagged.app.
We will investigate billing issues in good faith and correct verified errors where appropriate.
7) Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that violate this Refund Policy or our Terms of Service.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date.
