1) Requesting Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your RedFlagged account and associated personal data, you may submit a deletion request by contacting us at support@redflagged.app.

Please include the email address associated with your RedFlagged account so we can locate and process your request.

2) What Data Is Deleted

Upon successful verification of your request, we will permanently delete:

  • Your RedFlagged account
  • Your saved contract scans and analysis results
  • Associated personal information stored in our systems

3) Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained for limited periods where required for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes, including payment records processed through third-party payment providers.

4) Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.
